Day 1: Nairobi
Upon arrival, transfer from Nairobi airport to Nairobi Serena Hotel, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World for an overnight on bed and breakfast.

Day 2: Nairobi - Sweetwaters

Pick up from your hotel in Nairobi at 8am. Drive north of Nairobi past the Equator to this private game sanctuary. Afternoon is available for a guided game viewing drive. Optional activities such as walking safaris, horse/camel rides or night game drives can be purchased at the camp's reception. Game viewing here includes visit to chimpanzee sanctuary. The sanctuary also boasts of "The Big Five" (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo) plus an exciting catalogue of; giraffe, zebra, and, oryx, waterbuck, Grant's gazelle, Thompson's gazelle, cheetah, silver-backed jackal, hartebeest, baboon and several hundred bird species. Day 3: Nairobi - Samburu Game Reserve, Kenya
After breakfast, drive north of Nairobi through the Equator and ever changing landscapes to the plains of Samburu Game Reserve for game viewing drives in this area of dramatic scenery and unusual animal species. Arrive for lunch at your lodge and leisure by the poolside. Afternoon game viewing in this reserve in search of the endemic reticulated giraffe, grevy zebra, somali ostrich and other big game. Day 4: Samburu Game Reserve, Kenya
Full day of game viewing drives in this dry semi-arid park with its striking background view of the Mathew's Range. The gently flowing Uaso Nyiro river which traverses this Park provides evergreen vegetation for the rare gerenuk, Grevy zebra and reticulated giraffe found in this park. Day 5: Samburu - Mount Kenya National Park
After breakfast morning drive to Mount Kenya National Park to Mountain Lodge Serena, the premier tree lodge ever to be constructed in Mount Kenya. From the safety and comfort of the famous forest lodge, guests can enjoy night game viewing of animals gathering to drink at the floodlit waterhole. Day 6: Mount Kenya - Great Rift Valley Lake, Kenya
After breakfast, descend from the lush highlands into the Rift Valley with its stunning volcanic landscapes. Arrive at Lake Nakuru for lunch and afternoon game viewing. The lake attracts thousands of lesser and greater flamingos among other tens of species of birds. There are a variety of bird species to watch in this lake. Not only does this lake boast of being a bird’s paradise, it is also a rhino sanctuary for the highly endangered black and white rhinos. Day 7 & 8: Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya
After breakfast drive to the Masai Mara to arrive in time for lunch. Prolific in its wildlife, Maasai Mara is Kenya’s finest game reserve. Elephant and buffalo abound in the riverine forests, and herds of antelope and unusual lesser species may be seen on the endless plains together with attendant predators such as lion, cheetah and leopard. Day 10 & 11: Serengeti National Park, Tanzania
A morning game drive in the Lake Manyara National Park with its variety of habitats ranging from dense forest, to groundwater swamp and open savannah. Lunch at the lodge, after which continue to the Serengeti plains. Morning and afternoon game viewing drives in the Serengeti. Day 12 & 13 : Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania
After breakfast retrace your steps by driving to Ngorongoro Crater, Stopping en route to visit the small archaeological museum at Olduvai Gorge where Louis and Mary Leakey found the fossilized remains of man’s oldest ancestors. Lunch and the afternoon enjoying the awesome view of the Ngorongoro crater 600 meters below. After an early breakfast the next day, descend to the crater floor for a full day's game viewing in the crater with picnic lunch. Day 14: Ngorongoro Crater - Nairobi - Departure
After breakfast return to Arusha for lunch and afternoon flight to Nairobi for a farewell dinner at The Carnivore Restaurant. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight out of Kenya, B,L.
